Membership Terms & Guidelines

General Guidelines

  • Members understand that there are certain inherent risks associated with smoking and second-hand smoke
  • Each Ashwood Cigar (AC) member is responsible for knowing the AC guidelines.
  • Failure to comply with the terms of this membership agreement can lead to termination of membership at the sole discretion of the Ashwood Cigar.
  • Members must be 21 years of age or older. Ashwood Cigars has zero tolerance for underage consumption of tobacco.
  • Membership agreements are not transferable, nonrefundable and can be revoked at any given time by Ashwood Cigars.
  • Members are responsible for smoking responsibly.
  • Ashwood reserves the right to:
    • Revoke the membership of any person in violation of membership rules/guidelines.
    • Modify agreement at any time, if so, member will receive notice of any modification.

Membership Levels

There are two levels of membership: Gold and Silver

Gold Annual Membership: $2,400

  • Commitment of a minimum of one year
  • 20 Monthly Cigars: Any combination of Connecticut (Light) Wrapper or 10 Habano (Dark) Wrapper
  • 3 additional cigars at no additional cost, which includes any version of our barrel aged or coffee aged cigars.
  • Personalized Cigar Band with our creative designer.
  • Entitled to Ashwood Cigars giveaways (Swag) on a monthly basis.

Silver Annual Membership: $ 1,200

  • Commitment of a minimum of one year.
  • 10 Monthly Cigars: Any combination of Connecticut (Light) Wrapper or Habano (Dark) Wrapper
  • 1 additional cigar at no additional cost, which includes any version of our barrel aged or coffee aged cigars.

Payment Terms

  • Membership payment is due upon agree to Ashwood subscription services.
  • Membership terms are set at a 12-month period. Payment can be made in 12 monthly increments or a one-time full payment charge.
  • Membership payments are nonrefundable.
  • All memberships will be automatically renewed at the end of the 12 months, unless notified in writing within 30 days of the end of the contract.
  • AC must be given a 30-day notice in writing for any cancellation of membership.
  • Members are required to have a credit card on file.
    • Monthly memberships dues are charged on the 1st of the month via member’s credit card on file on a recurring basis.
      • Gold
        • Member will be charged a monthly fee of $200 to their credit card on file. This fee covers monthly purchases of cigars and XYZ.
      • Silver
        • Member will be charged a monthly fee of $100 to their credit card on file. This fee covers monthly purchases of cigars.
    • Ashwood Cigars reserves the right to suspend or revoke a membership for nonpayment of bill or failure to adhere to any AC rules
