Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ashwood Cigars purchase. Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

Please allow up to four weeks to receive your refund after dropping off your package with the return carrier. This timeframe accounts for transit time back to our facility (5–10 business days), processing upon receipt (3–5 business days), and your bank's processing time (5–10 business days). In many cases, refunds are issued sooner.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will respond promptly with return instructions.
